Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer (D2C) product sourcing and development efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing and sourcing high-quality products that align with our mission to enhance agility and mobility for our customers. This role presents innovative product sourcing and development that not only meets but redefines what our customers look forward to.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Expansion: Develop and source innovative products within the mobility aids category, enhancing our D2C e-commerce offerings.
Supplier Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality, value, and supply chain reliability for our D2C-Brand.
Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to drive product development and sourcing strategies.
Strategic Sourcing: Implement strategic sourcing practices that align with our D2C business model, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all sourced products meet Helavo´s high standards for quality and safety, aligning with our brand reputation.
Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms with suppliers, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms, to support our D2C margins and growth objectives.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of sourced products in terms of quality and customer reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably with a focus on D2C e-commerce.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, customer preferences, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Proficient in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and relevant software.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
