As part of our warranty, we offer a spare parts service if it is not a self-inflicted defect or intentional damage. Our team will make every effort to provide you with the necessary spare parts as quickly as possible to fix any problems.

For easy and uncomplicated assembly, we provide step-by-step video assembly instructions for each of our models. Simply click on your rollator model in the menu under the item "Video assembly instructions" or scan the enclosed QR code in the box of your rollator.
No, unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to combine parts from different models.
